The Programmatic Advisory worked with Vodafone to create a Dynamic Creative Optimisation playbook. Vodafone had invested in a new DCO Technology and, with only six weeks remaining to meet their implementation deadline, realised there was a gap in understanding on the potential of this new tool.
The Programmatic Advisory was engaged to deliver a playbook that would allow markets to utilise the tool for creative efficiency and personalisation. This was to enable the swift adoption of the new technology across their local markets.
The playbook covered 13 critical knowledge areas. This ranged from an introduction to DCO, to topics such as format considerations, creative decision trees and reporting. This produced by working closely with the technology provider to ensure there was no duplication of effort.
Each section also provided an introductory guide to a particular aspect of dynamic creative, providing markets with the knowledge to more effectively use the technical guides provided by the vendor.
Although there were tight timescales, the actionable and practical playbook helped to support the markets with their new way of working.
This project required a high level of teamwork with internal and external stakeholders to complete on time. However, we were delighted with the final product and the feedback from the client.
